"Great place "

"Our room was very good, although water pressure was very low. (Room209) However our friends had a room that had not been updated and that was markedly dated and ill-equipped. They had only one chair in a double room.(Room 230). The staff were always efficient and attentive with good sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to staying there later in the year for partners birthday. "

"On arrival into Llandudno (approx 1pm) it was a lovely day and as schools in the area are still on Easter holidays street parking in the town centre was impossible to attain. In desperation after cut long town several times I accessed the hotel to enquire if it was possible to utilise the hotel car park. The receptionist was very helpful. Once we had checked in soon after 3pm we found the corridors exceptionally warm but fortunately we were easily able to open the window in our room. Whilst our room was fine (& had a pretty decent walk in shower) it was a distance from the lift and involved descending a few steps then ascending another set of steps. As I have knee problems I struggle with steps so if we return I would need to request a room on the same level as the lift however the receptionist was very helpful so I dont envisage this being a problem."

"The hotel is in a superb position & within walking distance of everything in Llandudno. This hotel epitomises what hotel staff should be like - friendly, interested and keen to know how they can help. Lovely restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and perfectly adequate - but could do with a bit of decoration & general updating."

"It was a much needed night away. Very clean and comfortable with lovely views at the front of the hotel -dual aspect. Had a noisy neighbour,(child on phone), but it settled down. Downside was in places the floor seemed uneven and very squeaky but as it was just one night this was fine."
