"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay at Plas Y Ward Log Cabin was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was spot-on, close to all amenities, yet felt beautifully secluded and peaceful. "We stayed at Siabot huts for a couple of nights over the bank holiday weekend. We had the three huts (two adults and two families) and Mena set them up so that one of them was for sleeping in and one as a living room, which worked out perfectly. "My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. "Booked this fairly last minute for a bit of peace and quiet and good views and it did not disappoint! Place was spotless with everything you could need. Beautifully situated to give amazing views while also giving you quiet. Love my neighbours entertaining me - the wonderful animals on the property 😃 will definitely be back again ❤️"

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty).
