I would state that at a minimum it is a home insurance nightmare waiting to happen - open railings from an old deck that used to exist for an above-ground pool, outbuildings packed so full of stuff that the doors can't be closed, old construction material piled up in multiple areas of the property, and a house that smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that it would immediately send an...
