"I selected this property for our stay in Lenoir City for our son's wedding. The pictures really play up the property and I selected based upon that as well as the location, which was ideal. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that both of the large garbage totes were filled to capacity and remained that way throughout our stay (no garbage pick-up?). "Stayed here for a home game at the University. Quiet, isolated area was perfect after spending time downtown and on campus. Layout of home was perfect for those that wanted to hang out or needed quiet time in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is amazing!! Great space that allowed everyone to hang out while cooking. Check in and out was smooth. Due to quick communication with the owner we were allowed to check in a bit early. "

"A comfy, convenient basecamp with lots of character and just right amenities. I came into town for a Bronco Off-Roadeo event in Maryville, and surrounding visits to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville. Set in a small residential neighborhood with large greenbelt lots and near the airport and highways, noise wasn't an issue with heating/air systems, nice touches like coffee and snacks, spa-like bathroom and robes, king bed, peekaboo views, and a...

"The place was nice, clean and quiet. We didn’t know much about Townsend, if we had more time we would have done things in town. Little bit of a hike from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg where we spent more of our time. "

"We loved the home from our first sight when we rounded the corner and drove in the driveway. The weather was perfect. We went on excursions each day, but the best part always was coming home and relaxing on the porch with a book and cocktail The cows and wild turkeys kept us entertained. We also loved watching the wild birds at the feeders. We have already made plansto go back. Need we say more?"

"Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again."

"Great location, warm interior, feels like home, we hosted several small dinners and enjoyed all the indoor/outdoor activities. The game room is great! Shot some pool, bonfire out back, grilled some steaks, made s’mores, football on the big screen and to wrap it up, a private bedroom to rest. Can’t wait for my next visit!"

"We loved our stay. Had all the amenities anyone could ask for. My kids enjoyed the smores station as well as the hot chocolate. We like that we could just park our bicycles and ride them around the neighborhood to local eateries. Will definitely be starting again!
