"Property was exactly as advertised. Large living room/kitchen was comfortably furnished. Had all of the cooking essentials and more. Large bedroom with 2 comfortable king beds. Massive bathroom with great walk-in shower. Beautiful and private outdoor patio, which we didn't use much in December.Located right next to US 129 and Kingston Pike, but still very quiet."

"The condo was nice and had good mattresses. Needed better pillows and more quilts for cold weather. It also could have been supplied with a few more towels. I was satisfied. It also had a gate with code if thats what you want."

"Place was exactly as advertised and the owners/managers were very friendly and responsive when needed. Location was great - close to park entrance, walkable to grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants. It is "in town" so no crazy mtn dirt roads to navigate. "

It was so nice I contacted the host to be able to book again. I also FaceTime my parents and they wanted information to able to book in the future."

"It is really nice. Just a couple things for improvement. Need a book of instructions, especially how to use the tvs, lights,etc. would be nice to include restaurants nearby and local attractions. Contact information also. Some also have a book that visitors can write in that helps others. You can also track why/who is staying in your VRBO. We had an issue with smoke detector and the contact lives too far away to fix it. Had to send someone else. Seems like it would need to have...

"Very lovely condo. Super clean with great furnishings, smart TV's and beautiful bedding. We love the mountains and University of Tennessee football. Great location close to hiking and then a short drive to the game. We had a great experience! "
