"Super happy with the accommodations. It was well appointed and had driveway parking for 2 cars. We were a party of 6 and had lots of room. Sitting areas (yes there are 2) were great with an extra TV on the main floor and also the bedrooms. We were only there for one night but would stay again for longer if we were back in town. This is not located downtown, but a $21 uber/lyft got us to Ford Field in about 8 min with lots of traffic. Our host Mikoya was wonderful and communication was timely...

"Great property and great host ! It was super clean ! The backyard is huge for non fires ! Kitchen had all type of items you could use including air fryer and all! Host very attentive and responds on the spot ! Gotta love that! And she also can help. You with anything extra you need ! You can put the flat separately or book the whole price ! I felt safe there as well and the locks are automatic. I jsut loved this place all around and will be book again soon ! Thanks again ! 💙"

It was clean and possessed the quirky charm of an older home having been modernized to match modern expectations. Our biggest concern was that the property is NOT in University District as is advertised. It is several blocks away. "Family and friends gathered back home in MI for a couple different family functions over the weekend. The house was perfect, as pictured but larger than expected with a wonderful amount of space. House was clean and kitchen and laundry were well stocked. Colby is a great host, with clear check in instructions and was easily accessible for questions. The backyard was also a pleasant space to hang out day and night. I would only have 2 recommendations; more hangers in the guest rooms and the rug...
