"We had a great time staying in the house for the weekend as a group of 10. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. The living room couch is enormous. All of the bedrooms are bright and cozy. The views and property are absolutely stunning. Had we been fewer, we probably would have used the outdoor firepits. Barry and Alisha are lovely and helpful hosts -- they sent along a great list of food reccs ahead of time, responded quickly when I couldn't find a few things, etc. "

" The house has a beautiful location and the view of the lake is beautiful. There are several things to do in the surrounding areas such as hiking, horseback riding, shopping and nice restaurants. The house was overall nice. It has a combination of very nice updates and a few needed updates. The couches are extremely uncomfortable. Our host was responsive for the most part."

"Really beautiful and well kept home on huge property! Lots of amenities in the home and nice touches added by the management company. Super easy check-in process! Very close to great breakfast spots, brewery/restaurant and great ice cream! Kids had a blast"

"We had an exceptional time at this property. You are right in the middle if a very quiet town of Catskill in the Hudson valley. Gas fireplace was very quick at heating up the entire house and the full kitchen has everything you need to make an amazing meal (if you buy the ingredients from nearby farm markets or stores)Will definitely be staying here qgain"

"We loved this house! All 6 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 7) enjoyed the pool table and game room, and the layout of the house overall. The kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances were new or almost new. The property felt private on the dead end street, but still close enough to downtown for shopping and restaurants, and just a few minutes ride to Hunter Mountain for skiing. We would love to come back!!"

"This place was amazing! It was cute, modern and cozy. All the beds, furniture and pillows were so comfortable! This was place extremely clean! We loved the cute balcony off the bedroom and the porch with the little sitting area even though we didn't get to use it much because it was so cold. The hosts even provided sleds for our kids to use since it had snowed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back in the spring or fall to enjoy some hiking."

"We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the extra amenities. We had a group of 28 and there was comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. A huge pool, hot tub, grill, video games, a paddleboat , plenty of TVs, , steamroom, and large grounds made the "

"Nice host and home! The owner was very responsive when i pointed out a minor issue in the bathroom. We took off one star because, as a group, we felt the cleaning fee was too high, especially considering you are required to clean before you leave."
