"I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. "

"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"This super cozy cabin is perfectly located and close to major Catskills towns. Yet, Maureen has done an amazing job at creating a space that feels far away from every thing. Town and groceries are less than 10mins away. We visited Kingston and Woodstock - also nearby. The nearby trail options are endless too.This home is exemplar of what VRBO stands for. Excellent!

"Excellent all around. My husband and I take at least one trip up to the Catskills area per year, but it’s usually twice, and this is the best hotel we’ve experienced. Service was lovely. Especially enjoyed the included breakfast with excellent coffee and plenty of options. Unbelievable water pressure in the bathrooms. Very close to Hunter for skiing, which was the draw for us this particular trip, and lots of hiking trails nearby. Cozy game room and fireplace in the evening. Only con/tip if you book would be to avoid room #1 if you can, as it’s the only room on the first floor and we endured very loud footsteps above us early in the morning. "
