"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. "The property was stunningly beautiful had all the amenities you could imagine and more. Champagne in the hot run on my birthday then when the weather turned we could enjoy being inside before a bracing walk on the beach. Fantastic views across the bay and a short walk into town for a delightful meal. "

"Great location right opposite the pier. Rooms are very generous and the beds very comfortable. Parking was easy also as there is a carpark just behind the hotel (council operated). "
