"Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both.
