"We enjoyed the location (very convenient from I65), and there were many different spaces to gather, sit and watch the sun go down, grill, relax, or plunge into Smith Lake from the boat dock. "Boy, we hit this one out of the park. Seven adults (26+) celebrated a milestone birthday at a beautiful property on the most quiet piece of land. The views are exceptional, the kitchen has everything you’ll ever need and then some, the beds are comfortable, the house is quiet, and you could eat off the floors it’s so clean. "We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but...

"This is a treasure of a house! We greatly enjoyed our comfortable stay while visiting family in the area. I had made food in advance and frozen it, and we were able to heat everything up in the oven to enjoy. The kitchen felt like being at home. It was quite chilly outside during our stay, but the house was cozy and warm. Our dog loved the mostly-fenced yard to get to run each day. If you have little adventurers, know that Turkey Creek is in the backyard and will require monitoring. ...

"We gathered to celebrate my son’s 23rd birthday. We didn’t need 2 areas for cooking but having the extra space was nice. 3 refrigerators was a plus. It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. Wonderfully quiet place in a neighborhood with large lots."
