"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. The hosts' dog Doobie was an excellent greeter! The 1 bedroom Guest House was the perfect size and in a great location for our distillery tour vacation. Just blocks off the main streets in Bardstown, we were close to all our favorite spots but avoided the noise. The kitchen with full sized appliances was great for an extended weekend trip."

Some things needed attention - outlet in bathroom did not always work, stairs had no handrail, clocks on walls were not working, would have helped to have some nightlights - very dark! "We came to Bardtown as a base for exploring the Bourbon Trail with two other couples. The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom and the third had a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. "This property is too good for words! Fantastic property with every little touch you would think of and then some. Perfect location to downtown, beautiful and clean property, the most responsive property owner. By far the best vrbo we've come across. "

"Thus property was in a great location and neighborhood. Only downside was the trash can outside was overflowing and no room for our trash. I did tell the property manager but nothing was done about it. There was a big storm which blew the overflow trash allOver and we have to pick it up a couple of times. Other than that it was great! "We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. "Awesome communication from the host and very prompt! Perfect size for me and my husband. We did not use the upstairs bedroom; best for a teenager to use (in my opinion). The outdoor gas grill was a bonus! The road does get busy but it did not interfere with sleeping. There is a white noise machine for those who may need it. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"
