"The staff was very kind and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and as pleasing as possible. The food and drinks were are also amazing, not to mention due to the hotel being fairly new, they were also offering all food and beverages for 50% off! However, there were a few cons... The shower didn't have a shower door so water went all over the floor whenever we showered, which required us to have to use a lot of towels to dry the floor. The phone in our room didn't work, so we had to keep traveling all the way downstairs, on top of our hotel room being extremely far from the elevators. whenever we needed something. Also, our remote control did not work the first night there in our bedroom, so we had to be without a television during our first stay there. Overall, My family and enjoyed our stay and we cant wait to see what's in stored for the future with this hotel. My family and I will definitely be back and is looking forward to when they are completely done with the rest of the renovations."

"Service was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. Perfect location to walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Only complaint is there was no self parking because there was an event going on. However self parking was almost as expensive per night as valet so I guess it wasn’t that big of a deal. "
