"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "Lovely warm terraced cottage in a small cul de sac that is out of the way but within 4 minutes walk of village centre. A well equipped kitchen with a utility room that we found ideal for drying wet outdoor clothing. The cottage was spacious with good storage. Smart TV was a bonus along with the biscuits and bara brith left for us. The "

"Lovely clean, warm room, hotel has a a great restaurant and some lovely fireside seating in lounge - we would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch at the restaurant! We experienced a little bit of noise on Saturday night due to the hotel’s proximity to the road and nearby pubs but it was lovely and quiet on the next night. Plenty of car park spaces to rear once you drive under the arch to the left of the property."

Very Comfy and Clean Hotel

"I stay here every week at the moment, and I have stayed at this hotel many times. I use the gym and pool and although outdated this is functional for what I need. The rooms are comfy and very clean. The Hotel has been renovated in the last couple of years to a very good standard. The staff are lovely and really keen to help with anything needed. I have stayed in most of the hotels nearby and for the price this is the best one. "
