"Hotel was lovely and quiet. But I guess if there was an event on then it may be busier. Hotel was good. We had issues with food and restaurant but that is not down to hotel. Room service food was cold but they quickly fixed it and restaurant was ok but not great for egg intolerance..... Most sauces and so on had egg in them. This is not a big issue but simply worth noting"

"Nice hotel, near train station. Toilets inclined not to flush. Informed staff. Breakfast foods ran out. No croissants. No apology. Pool nice and warm but you need to book a time slot "

"The hotel was brilliant our nephew absolutely loved every minute of his stay it’s very child friendly he loved the bunk beds and bean bag in the room We had a meal at the restaurant with the dragons and dinosaurs great for the kids but the bistro was much nicer. The wildlife park was brilliant. We will definitely be back."
