The flexibility of having the 6 twin size mattresses/cots was great for letting kids sleep in the same room with their parents. "I recently stayed at the Waterfront Haven Home in Discovery Bay and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the water. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy views of the water from the dining room and kitchen. "Our stay was comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We were central to get to San Francisco, Muir Woods and Napa. Also this property has easy access to the airports. The pool and spa are delightful. We did enjoy our time but make sure you have a rental car to get to all the area attractions and restaurants."

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"Best little slice of Heaven I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental!"

"The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention "
