"Loved this place! Only downside was arriving in the dark… there’s no reception and very little lighting so we had to knock on a nearby yurt and fortunately they knew where ours was! That aside, have already recommended to friends. "

"Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. Two lovely hot tubs right next to each other, and an outdoor table and chairs, but right next to the house for ease of coming and going. Fantastic views, and so...

The weather was really kind to us, and the property was ideal (& well equipped)Judith was very welcoming and the decorations were a nice fesitve touch.The general area is really nice and plenty to see and do.The Kingfisher Inn in Colyton serves some amazing fish/seafood dishes (& good beer)Would happily return."

A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. "This is lovely property. Simple in it’s furnishings but adequate for our needs. Quiet room in a court yard, tea coffee hot chocolate , biscuits and water provided. Ate in the restaurant too and the food was good. Staff friendly would visit again. "
