"Check in was fine. The highlight of my stay was Lorraine at breakfast. Such a lovely friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she just wanted to make sure all her guest were happy. Food was hot and nicely presented. She is a real credit to the hotel. "

"Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."

"Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol "
