"The house was super cute inside and out. It was clean and spacious. Indoor and outdoor areas were all set up for family fun. I have eight kids between the ages of 7 and 15. They all loved it there. A goodie snack basket awaited us on the kitchen table. There was also a make your own popcorn and drink station. In the living room were a variety of board games. The back porch/ patio was set up for campfires and smore's. They also provided beach day toys. Another small but fun surprise were packages...

"We enjoyed our stay overall. There’s not many options to get this close to the park without being in the park. The location gives a rural feel, which is nice. Sitting on the front porch, you can’t really see the neighbors, just the field across the street, which is nice. The house is a renovated single-wide trailer but it feels spacious inside with open kitchen and living room and good-sized bedrooms. It was clean. I only downgraded the overall and clean ratings because of the bug issue. There...

"We were a group of 8 (2 families each with tween/teen girls). We all found the home to be modern, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of space for us all. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. We all loved the grounds with the pretty pond and geese. We also enjoyed the fire pit .. perfect for s'mores! 10 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park when the ferry is operating .. 45 minutes when it's not ( but the drive is pretty). "

"We had an amazing time exploring the area and the property. The host went above and beyond when there was a freak cold front and the original rental had frozen pipes. She immediately moved us to another cabin and was so helpful with groceries & restaurants in the area. The cabin was well built and fully stocked with anything we might need. Would highly recommend this host and this property. Leave a full day to explore. "

"Great location. Adorable house. Beautiful view! We saw deer every day, caught some fish, and saw a bald eagle fly over. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 pre teens. The house was the perfect size. Only negatives were that there was no table to eat at other than outside which would have been fine if it hadn’t been 90 and super humid :). Also, showered are small. A bigger framed person may have trouble maneuvering. Other than. That it was absolutely wonderful!"
