"For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience."

"I was pleasantly surprised. Over the years of renting vacation homes you learn how deceiving house photos can be. The pictures of Cottage by the Sea make it look small, but it isn't. We did not feel cramped at all! Happily, the ocean was just as close as the pictures show. This was probably the most well stocked home we've rented, which is important to us because we don't go out to eat. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would rent it again!"

"This rental was clean and the perfect size. The view out back is breathtaking. This rental showcases all of the natural beauty that Maine is famous for. The air conditioning was cold and the water in the shower was hot. All linens were crisp and white. The driveway was a challenge to navigate, however it is manageable. We hope to stay here again."

"Bill was so very nice and 100% accommodating. His place was very neat and clean. The property is very well maintained, private and peaceful. His cousin , Darcy, lives 2 doors down and is readily available should there be any questions or concerns.We enjoyed the lions at night and the stars were mesmerizing along with the fireflies. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning next year."

"Great location to all the sites and activities surrounding the area. The cottage is perfect for 2 people. If you don't want a lot of excitement this place is for you. Enjoyed the daily feeding of the seagulls from the owner next door! Wonderful time. "

"Loved this spot. The lake was beautiful. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was bad a few days. The cabin was so cute and decorated very nice. The kitchen was stocked well. We had everything we needed. Loved hearing the loons at night. It wasn't too far from Camden that we visited frequently. I hope to come back there some day."

"We had a great stay at Depatsy’s camp with our 10mo old son and pup. The house was cozy, spacious and had everything we needed. The house was in a perfect location with access to the water and kayaks/paddle boards. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the view and using the fire pit. Would definitely return for another trip! "

"The cottage is a former "garage-barn" (2 floors) that's been lovingly re-crafted into a cottage that's nicely decorated with sea-themed and comfy decor. The locale is great if you'd like to ditch your car and walk to restaurants; and bike on nearby trails! We are only cautioning that IF you plan to cook your own meals, the kitchen set-up is on the 2nd floor with the bedroom. It's OK for short, quick meals (e.g microwaveable meals) you wish to prepare, but inconvenient for anything fancier. The...
