"On our 10 day trip around New England this was the best hotel we stayed in. Would highly recommend it to others. The room was wonderful- the view, the fireplace, and two comfortable chairs, and especially appreciated two sinks in and just outside the bathroom- really made a difference when two people are trying to get ready. Awesome room!"

"Great breakfast and great location. The staff was super friendly. The rooms definitely need some updating, though. And there was trash all around the outside area. A small table with a couple chairs inside the room would have been nice also. "

"The property was beautiful and the rooms were clean and orderly. There was a dirty glass but in the grand scheme of things that is not a big deal, we just didn’t use it. Breakfast was okay, continental, however, there were some questionable bagels and butter. "

"The room was amazingly beautiful and the hosts were helpful. The problem was the room was freezing and would not get warm. Luckily it was just a couples getaway so I was able to run home and get a small heater. If you are going to be open in the winter make sure the heater works!! We will definitely stay again just not during the winter. "
