"Stayed at the Spotty Hotel 2 nights while visiting Bogota. Hotel staff was very friendly and was close to La Candelaria area and the main boulevard where lots of street vendors were set up. Rooms were interesting in that they were setup in a dorm room setup; two rooms with beds connected by a common mini-kitchen area. Note that no kitchen items were provided in the room.
