"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "The hotel and its staff are great in general. During our stay, there were very few things that we could fault. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, there were only two things we didn't enjoy. Most hotel doors shut hard and are loud, however the ones here were extra loud, which combined with loud guests on the halls throughout the night, made for less than great rest.
