This motel may be old, but it's been refurbished so it was clean, modern and comfortable. I just needed a room for a quick night's sleep at a reasonable price. This hotel checked all those boxes."

"The Ashland Springs is an absolutely delightful historic Inn that has been lovingly cared for and where the staff is always helpful, attentive and generous. History is evident at every turn and the landmark designation is told in pictures and stories. A thoughtful breakfast area was a cheerful surprise when we checked in and the common spaces are made for relaxation. The beds are extremely comfortable and the. atcha are clean and well supplied. Like many historic properties, the rooms are small yet light and airy. Everyone was so pleasant and the area is terrific for walking with lots of dining options. We will go back and look forward to more visits in this lovely spot. "
