"It was ok.the room wasn't very clean. My daughter and I didn't sleep between the sheets was kinda afraid to not knowing what might be in them."

"Our room was newly remodeled and done very well. The room had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable in the bed. The location was walking distance from the theater and downtown restaurants. I loved this little hotel! I would highly recommend it and we plan on coming back to it when we visit the theater again. "

"I didnt get a receipt from the front desk. The room had a funky smell, worn and soiled furniture, mold in the shower and pipes running against wall were dirty. For the price it was okay for 1 night. For a Saturday night there were only 2 other cars in the entire parking lot."

"Very clean but questionable treatment by management. I was penalized for using a third party. I had to agree to $250 charge to my credit card for a deposit for a $70 one night stay. Said I could not use Expedia, pay a slightly higher rate and not have to pay the deposit. Questionable policy "

"Had a wonder stay with Gloria and Cecil. The attention to detail and friendliness was genuine. They recommended some great restaurants in the area which were walkable that turned out to be fantastic. They were so kind snd welcoming. The breakfast was a huge plus and so good. 10/10 experience with the Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast. Communication by them was also top notch with easy parking directions. "

"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."
