"This was a complex of new apartments, supposedly having multilingual staff, the check in was slow and interesting as she spoke no English. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a shared balcony and some mountain views in the distance. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work but there was a fan there that did a good job. A five minute walk into Trichiana and there are bars and restaurants, we ate at the first restaurant we came to and it was excellent."

"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary."

"This place is excellent. The building and setting are beautiful, the managers are extremely kind and helpful (from looking up and printing out information about local hikes for us, to sending us by courier a phone charger that we left in the room by mistake), and the location---very close to Monte Grappa---is perfect if you plan to do some hiking."

"This is a great property for those looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of big cities and take in some of that Italian wine country air. The check-in process was all contactless, but the host was very willing to drop by at a moment's notice as needed. We ended up not needing as everything was well organized and ready for our arrival.
