"The townhouse/condo was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. There were plenty of games and movies for downtime and it was located close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It was a little out of town, but close enough to stores and restaurants. "

"Location was great, and unit very functional. Basic cleanliness was OK. However, unit needs a thorough, detailed cleaning. Overhead BA fan filters and drawers had not been cleaned for a very long time. TP was the cheapest possible and there was no Kleenex. Was shocked to find four trailers in the parking area with people living in them."

"3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future."

"From the property to the amenities to the location, one would be hard pressed to find a better spot in Moab. As a family of three on a two night stay we were delighted with our pick. Getting into town was 7 mins, to Arches 12 mins and to Canyonland 20 mins. You will find this location far away from the bustle of town but close enough if that’s what you want. The home had everything you might need for your stay. We highly recommend this home and would definitely use it again if the future."

"Well appointed house with 4 bedrooms and capacity to sleep more. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook our meals and a garage to house the truck. Property manager very responsive - I definitely recommend a stay here."
