"This was my second time staying here and I will continue to come back. For the price, this hotel has everything you could need, is clean, staff is kind, and location is ideal. The rooms are small and kind of dark but when in Moab how much time are you really spending in your room anyway? So it’s never bothered me. "

"I arrived around 8pm, I received info about how to enter the unit on the day of check in, just NOT WHAT UNIT I HAD RENTED!! I called the phone number for the property management and left a message. I then decided to just try my door code on ANY unit that did NOT appear to be occupied - and YIPEE a door opened! Yay, glad I was able to find MY unit!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was wonderful traveling with dogs and being so close to the Bark Park and the walking path along the creek. The amenities were wonderful, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. "We had a great stay at this property. Instructions were clear, property is a little out of town and had great views. It was easily accessible to what we came to see (Arches & Canyonlands National Park). The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the kitchen was easy to use and had what we needed. My kids loved the surprise of the foosball table and basketball game in the garage plus a couple games to play with at the house. "
