"Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the late night BBQs next to the pool. The house is perfect for 2-9 people. If you would like a relaxing holiday with privacy and luxury this is the perfect spot for you!"

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Bagni di Lucca is well past its glory days, but still charming and a short rather steep walk from the house. This is not the Tuscany we imaged with vistas of rolling hills and hilltop towns:...

The pool is superb and there are plenty of solid, comfortable loungers. The pool is not fenced off, though, so possibly not one for tiny children. "We have just returned from a week in Lucca. We had a lovely rine and particularly enjoyed the outside space which really make this rental. The pool was very welcome in the extreme heat and the garden space around the pool is great, with plenty of space to relax and dine. Always able to get shade too. It is 2 separate apartments which worked well as we were 2 families so it was nice to have our own space. The following areas were disappointing and not as expected or advertised - you are renting 2...
