However the bed is upstairs and not so easy to walk up and down on (norwegian stairs) The warmwater heater is small so no long hot showers if You are more than one. "The property is beautiful, with some lovely design details. , It was very comfortable although no WiFi. No outside space, not much light. Outside the property is dirty, with rubbish and lots of dog poo. No instructions meant we could not work air conditioning and it was very hot. "The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"The property was in a great location for walking to everything in Palermo we wanted to see. We appreciated the additional suggestions by Wonderful Italy of things to see and do in the city. "We had a wonderful stay at Riva Sea apartments. We went in May and it was so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The play area was wonderful for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 and we enjoyed lots of strolls to the beach close by. We also ate in the local area most nights, there aren’t that many but we still had fantastic meals every time. Giulio and Eliana were very helpful during our stay, both lovely people :) "

"Rosalia and her daughter were there at check in to great us and review the apartment. Very lovely people. The kitchen was nicely stocked, which made settling in easier. The neighborhood is next to the Norman Palace and the main tourist street. It took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. It is on the noisy side and not in the cleanest part of town. Thankfully there was a nice fan that we kept on at night for comfort and dull the courtyard and street noise. A/C in bedroom. No tp allowed...

"San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys. "

"We had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city. This place is conveniently located above the colourful historic market, very close to Teatro Massimo, and a walking distance to the Cathedral and many other places we visited on our 4 day trip. Excellent communication with the Daniela and her husband. They greeted us with local sweets, cannoli and a 7 layer cake. The apartment was well stocked and spotless clean. We highly recommend it."

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
