"I enjoyed my stay. It was a perfect room with a balcony overlooking a small square with restaurants. It was pretty lively till early morning, but was not really disturbed in the room. The owner told me about the fish restaurant downstairs, so i tried it. I got the fish and chips. Very different from the British version as it was nit battered. But, it was some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. Really appreciate talking to the owner. Very enjoyable stay. "

"Excellent and walkable location from train to property and the surrounding amenities. Has a lift / elevator to the upper floors. The dining for the free breakfast is continently located on the second floor. Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1. "We arrived at about 3pm and searched for about 10 minutes to find our hotel. Luckily we spotted a small sign in front of a locked door. We needed to phone the owner for access. The hotel was 4 flights up the stairs but the room itself was nice. The hotel was very close to the plaza with lots of restaurants and shops available. "A short walk from the station and bus station. Lovely ancient building tucked away above a row of local shops. Central courtyard a boon for smokers. We'll try and come again. Really friendly helpful shopkeeper next door, open late on a Sunday. Won't provide a gourmet meal, but will keep the wolf from the door and enable a good night's sleep until the cake and coffee breakfast in this accommodation."

"Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. A few things to be aware of: 1) it’s not close to lots of other bars and restaurants so expect to drive or take taxis to get about to the main towns 2) the two restaurants near the hotel were both enjoyable food but I would be careful of the bill - we were overcharged both times. 3) make sure you ask the cost of the taxi...

"The staff were wonderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. We had maintenance people come quickly for a problem with our refrigerator and toilet. The breakfast was outstanding. The lobby is beautiful. The property is a bit aged and needs some updating. "

"Thankyou for waiting for me and hosting me. I will come again. This is a B&b it’s a shared living space with private rooms. There is a dog and there are people chatting around you so expect that! But the hosts are nice, the rooms are good and I enjoyed my time there. People need to read reviews and prepare before booking places. Yes it’s not in the centre but who wants to be in the middle of all the noise? I don’t! I walked 15 mins and it was great. Thankyou to the girls for their welcome and kindness and I will def come again and recommend! "

Lovely hotel

"Lovely hotel. Really well situated and just across the road from the airport bus. And a beautiful park. On a busy shopping street (but with none of the noise, at least not in our room which was on the second floor and facing into a courtyard). Breakfast was lovely with a good choice, high ceilings and nice features. Comfy bed. Would recommend. Only downside is that there is no lift so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. "
