"This is a no-frills hotel that is perfect if you never want to be bothered by hotel staff. That said, sometimes having some level of service is nice. I arrived for check-in around 10pm. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. A sign explained that someone would be back soon. I waited for about 15 minutes. The person said almost nothing to me during the process other than to tell me where the wifi password is and what my room number was. Again, some travelers don't want any interaction....
