The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. Additionally another thing standing out for us was the woman working at Concierge , she helped us defining our routes and plans for the days in Marrakech. Nothing to add everything was absolutely perfect ."

There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return. "
