Pools - both really cold! Non-Moroccan food - lots of the same food each meal and not amazing Coffee - espresso...

"The staff were very welcoming and will assist with whatever you need. Marrakesh can be a little daunting. It is buried within the winding passages of Marrakesh although still easy to find once you have your bearings. A traditional Moroccan breaksfast included and was lovely. The Riad itself is very nice. It was by far not the most expensive Riad in Marrakesh. We had the suite but peeking into the other rooms they all seemed very nice and comfortable. Some parts may seem a little worn around...

"Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"Excellent variety of facilities, nice spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good location to walk/taxi to other areas nearby. Was given a replacement room on day 2 due to tv and AC not working, both of these worked in the new room without any further issue. Would definitely use hotel again. "

"All of the staff were friendly and courteous, from the security guards to the restaurant hostesses and entertainment staff. Chef Said was a delight and was always welcoming. The food was delicious and well prepared!! There were many great options to chose from. The bartenders were exceptional and the drinks were good. The property was well manicured."
