I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance. "

"Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark. "

"Our second time here and just as good as first. Clean comfortable (another couple of pillows would be great). Hot showers. Easy walk to town centre. Easy parking across road (you need to pay). Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."
