The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance. "

"Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark. "

Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."
