"It was very nice and super quiet. We had no interaction with our host, so its hard to give review on that. If you want to get away and be alone this is the perfect place. The cabin was was fully stocked with everything you could need. Very easy check in. Door was open and key was inside. Only thing is we had hoped for more scenic view. "We stayed here for thanksgiving to visit family and it was a very nice location they had a fire wood set up in the firepit and Cajun music playing on the radio when we walked out side. We were also left with a snores kit which was a fun family thing to do in the back yard. We also loved the recommendations left by the host for places to eat we went to little big cup and really enjoyed the food. Thanks for a nice stay!"

The home is a new build, and very nice, roomy and comfortable. The location is also very central which makes it easy to get around Lafayette. We will definitely be back! "

"Our family loved this home! The open floor plan was perfect for our gatherings. And the front porch was to die for! We spend a lot of time out there just talking and watching the “unexpected” local parade go by. It was a perfect location to hub from as we visited Lafayette and Avery Island. The host was very accommodating even having a portable heater for one of the guest that got cold in the night. I am definitely staying here again!!"

"I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF THIS BACK TO BACK DUPLEX IN WHAT I BELIEVE IS AN OLD SHOTGUN HOUSE. PERFECT FOR EVENTS DOWNTOWN. THIS IS A BUSY INTERSECTION! HOWEVER, THERE SEEMS TO BE ADEQUATE INSULATION. I SLEPT WELL. THIS IS A TWO PERSON UNIT. THE BATHROOM IS GREAT FOR A BUBBLE BATH. NICE FIXTURES. CHARMING CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN AND A FAUX FIREPLACE THAT I LOVED. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL WRITING DESK AND COOL SLIDING "BARN DOOR" IN THE LIVING AREA. WITH A FEW TOUCHES REGARDING LANDSCAPING AND PERHAPS...
