"One thing we love this room is nearby the Kumamoto Castle. The amenities provided was so great. There are 4 coin op washer and dryer so this is very convenient when you have a big family of 5 to wash your clothes. The breakfast is traditional Japanese breakfast on the 4th floor. We love the ASO milk which was very creamy to our taste. There is a good space of parking on this property which is a plus. The have a housekeeping everyday. If you need to send out your heavy luggage, they have Yamato services as well. Staff do not speak English but its doable and they did their best to help us and communicate well. Kumamoto is a nice place to stay and will definitely go back if I have a chance to visit again. "

"If you want both the convenient distance from Kumamoto Castle and the famous Japanese big bath with SAUNA, this is it! They also offer very convenient laundry system at very reasonable (or I'd say too great deal) price which is really helpful when you travel in Japan. The facility is super clean, with cheerful staffs, and we really enjoyed tasty 'Yonaki-soba' (warm noodle service in the evening).Thank you for the memorable stay."
