"I was on my 3rd trip to Anchorage within the last 2 years and I wish I had found out about this property on the first trip. (I had stayed at a hotel and another property from a different site, which were okay but that was about it.) It is situated on the hillside within a short drive of Anchorage and not too far from the Glen Alps parking area. It is in a nice, quiet area, with beautiful views and is a very comfortable to stay at. I can fully understand why this place has a perfect...

"We didn't use the room much due to the fact we were in town visiting family. I was very disappointed we didn't take advantage of the kayaks etc. It really was a lovely place to rest and play if that is what you come for. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner happened to be there when we checked in and made a point to introduce himself and to let us know if we need anything to make sure and reach out ."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."

"This beautiful home was perfect for our visit to Anchorage. It didn’t feel like we were in the city, it was in a very nice neighborhood. This property is exactly as stated, very clean, and most of all very comfortable.Our granddaughter was competing at the 3A State basketball level. After sitting in a gym all day, it was nice to come home.I would highly recommend this home to all my friends."
