"Nice and spacious. Close to Alyeska resort for skiing/snowboarding. Some of the appliances and mechanical systems are a bit dated, but the hot tub is brand new. Great value. "

"My now-wife and I visited Palmer for our wedding elopement and the stay at this chalet was more than fitting for our occasion! The chalet was beautiful with a stunning view, warm comfort and privacy. We also planned having our photographer take pictures during our elopement and the chalet was perfect for our getting ready moments and first look. Overall, the stay at the chalet will be unforgettable and we thoroughly appreciate Tim and Felicia's communication and easy instructions."

"This beautiful home was perfect for our visit to Anchorage. It didn’t feel like we were in the city, it was in a very nice neighborhood. This property is exactly as stated, very clean, and most of all very comfortable.Our granddaughter was competing at the 3A State basketball level. After sitting in a gym all day, it was nice to come home.I would highly recommend this home to all my friends."
