"Really enjoyed our stay from the indoor pool to comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. "

"We had a good experience here. We liked the heated indoor pool and the breakfast buffet. There was complimentary cookies in the evening and hit coffee and hot water to make tea in the lobby as well. I would stay again. The only thing that we didn't care for was the last night we stayed there there was a group of teenagers in the room next to us and they were playing loud music until 1am and running up and down the hallway. It was hard to sleep. The room was advertised as having sound proofed walls but even with the AC on we could still hear them. We didn't call the front desk to ask for help on the issue so I'm not sure if it could've been resolved by taking that action. Still, I would go back if we were passing through again. It is a clean, safe place to stay. "

"This place is always our go to place to stay when we are in the area. The location is perfect for our trip. Walking path/bike path right outside of the hotel. Places to eat within walking distance. Activities for the kids to do as well. This particular stay was better than usual as the helpers during breakfast were exceptionally polite with my daughter and even made her hot chocolate to go with her breakfast. "

"As a family of four we really enjoyed our short stay at the Hyatt as we explored Monterey for a few days. The hotel was clean, safe, friendly and rooms worked great. We were fans of the buffet breakfast, tennis courts and the pools. Would definitely stay again."
