"We stayed in room 109. It’s was a lovely big room and much nicer than expected, however, you could hear the music from the restaurant. It wasn’t loud, but quiet, constant bass. Funny thing is the music in the restaurant wasnt at all loud, it was just unfortunate the sounds travelled upwards. This wouldn’t put me off staying again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasy and well presented. There was a problem with the radiators in our room, but the hotel gave us a fan heater. There was no hook on the bathroom door. This needed to be replaced. We had a room looking out onto the main road, but it was not noisy. The room was beautiful, especially as we like oldy worldy furniture and atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were all taken down by breakfast on New Year's Day, which was a shame.
