"Pros: Amenities are awesome and rooms great. More like an AirBnB than a villa. Downsides: No toothbrushes. 1500 Baht cleaning fee when you leave, they make you pay for electricity... ended up paying an additional $200 unexpectedly as I did not read the fine print. Price isn't as great with this in mind. Quite far from anything nearby. Stay here if you plan to stay in mostly and drink at the pool - not great for local beaches, tourist sights, or restaurants."

The only complaints I have was initially there was a dead bug/roach in one of the beds, which I told Mimi and sent a picture, not even an apology was given or discount. In addition, the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and I had to repeatedly ask about it and my overall bill that I stated I would like to have daily. I also stated that I only wanted what was complimentary in the house but still I had a charge on my bill from a guest who had left earlier, but...

She provided us with excellent suggestions for exciting activities in the area. "Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sauber und in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal ist spitze und hat sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Es gibt tolle Strände in der Nähe und auch ein paar Restaurants. Da es aber etwas abgelegen ist, braucht man unbedingt ein Fahrzeug. Alles in Allem für uns eine wunderschöne Woche."
