What we loved Lawsons available on site Close to train station Free bus to Disneyland The breakfast was awesome and varied Lunch and Dinner were also great variety of food The drinks and snack station entertained our 2 kids no end Staff were friendly and accommodation Checkin easy They had a Laundromat area which is extra special as well as free toothbrushes and other condiments available "

"The hotel is convenient for tourists who arrived Haneda Airport Terminal 3. The roof top Public Onsen is definitely a bonus for me. Hotel should provide more training to the lobby staff to have initiative to greet the incoming guests. Although there are auto Check-in and Check-out machines, hotel staff should take initiative to greet and help the guests to use the machine properly when they first step in the reception area. We felt a bit confused to check-in by using the machine and had no idea...

"Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place. "
