"Lovely concept however couple of disappointing factors where that our heating was not working and the room was cold however they gave us a couple of portable heaters! Some of the furnishings where worst for ware, velvet was coming away. We was in room 9 and there was alot of outside noise and about 5am someone smashed glasses outside our room then could hear it being cleaned up then righjt behind our room must have been building work and could hear a drill about 8am and van doors slamming and...
