A great deal of thought has been given to the layout of the property with three good sized bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The main room with its lovely views across the countryside was a great size with comfortable sitting and a very efficient wood burning stove. "Everything was beautiful and the cottage was more than efficient. The only things we had problems with were the directions for finding it locally and the washer/dryer all in one! As Californians, this was new to us and we had no idea it would take so long for a load of clothes! We are learning… Thanks to the owner who was unfortunately out of town so we did not get to meet."

"The Nook is a lovely place located in a perfect position to explore Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. The quality of the furnishings and particularly the bed are very good. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a further visit in the future. The only reason for four stars rather than five is due to the narrow spiral staircase which is quite steep. We could manage it but for some people it would be a real challenge."

Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed. The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. We had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again."
