"The room was nice and cosy, with lovely fireplace character. The sheets and towels were crispy clean and ironed. The private bathroom was great with warm tile floor as well. My remarks - one of the steps leading to the bathroom had a torn off carpet, so it was sliding. There was a little bit of dust here and there. The room was serviced and I did not need to ask The room was huge with a great view of the garden The shower cubicle was the nicest I have seen. "The staff was very friendly and tended to my needs well, offering exceptional service. The food is also very good. "I had just gotten in from an international flight. The property is very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. I stayed there for a concert at the O2 and it was very convenient. The walls are thin though and I’m a light sleeper. Staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early for a much needed nap. Everything read clean and the shower has good hot water. "

Rooms were clean and tidy, housekeeping came and cleaned the house every morning, there was loads of crockery to use in the kitchen which was great as my partner and I cooked every night we were there!
