"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! "Das Haus und Einrichtung sind stark abgenutzt. Die Fotos vom Inserat mindestens 10 Jahre alt. Das Haus war nicht wirklich endgereinigt. Der Garten lag noch voll Müllreste. Rasen war nicht wirklich gut. Terrasse sehr schmutzig. Geschirr vom Vorgänger nicht richtig abgewaschen. (Kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden!). Kein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse (volle Morgensonne)!.
