"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! "Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, in 4 coppie. La casa è spaziosa, ogni camera da letto ha il proprio bagno di pertinenza fornito del neccessario. Il giardino è grandissimo e ben curato. Giovanna è un host molto disponibile a tutte le richieste di informazioni sulla zona e sulla casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. "

"Das Haus und Einrichtung sind stark abgenutzt. Die Fotos vom Inserat mindestens 10 Jahre alt. Das Haus war nicht wirklich endgereinigt. Der Garten lag noch voll Müllreste. Rasen war nicht wirklich gut. Terrasse sehr schmutzig. Geschirr vom Vorgänger nicht richtig abgewaschen. (Kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden!). Kein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse (volle Morgensonne)!. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber kühlt kaum die Schlafräume. Entweder ist es warm oder laut. Der frei zugängliche Pool war das...

"Viele Objekte der Anlage sind privat vergeben und sehr gepflegt. Jeder Garten sieht anders aus. Das macht alles heimeliger. Pool ist sauber und wird bewacht. Der Stand ist durch einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Hier kann man es mit Kindern gut aushalten."
