"While a bit of a ways away from the island of Venice, the cab ride to get to the hotel was easy and not too expensive (I think about 30 euro). The place was quiet, the room was incredibly spacious (I have no idea how I ended up with a balcony but I was pleasantly surprised). The restaurant downstairs was amazing. It was obviously very popular among the locals because it filled up in the evening when I went downstairs to eat. Everyone was very helpful. There was a shuttle to the hotel the next...

"Really excellent hotel. Very convenient to access from the airport (10 minute drive) and convenient to travel into Venice old town. Reception manned 24 hours so no worries checking in after a late flight (we arrived at 11pm). Found the room to be very comfortable and quiet, everything spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking on-site, hotel is well presented. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting Venice. Highly recommend."

"Was welcomed by the lovely owners, abd their gorgeous dog. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequately equipped and the views from outside were simply stunning. We were made to feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay, only one night but wished for more. In my error, i didnt realise that the switch outside the bathroom, turned on the hot water, and stupidly thought the shower was cold. My error , and the owner was very understanding and even let us stay in the garden...

"A small quaint hotel that offered a clean room & Italian style breakfast. The location was convenient & the staff were friendly & helpful. "

"Excellent hotel fantastic amenities and staff couldn’t do enough. Used the main restaurant at night and the lounge bar during our stay. Food was excellent. Breakfasts were amazing and not rushed. If you just want to relax and distress then this the place. Would I return? Most definitely. "
