"Besitzerin war total nett und freundlich. Sprach auch gut deutsch. Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Hammer Auswahl. Klima im Zimmer war etwas laut und der Holzboden knirscht sonst alles gut. Tolle Poolanlage. "

"Centrally located walk to everything. Restaurant are just a few feet away and so many stores. Beach is very close too. We enjoyed the space and decor . It’s very clean too. My family enjoyed everything."

"Very nice farm house . It’s far from shops so you have to go into near by beach to get groceries. The rooms are equipped with stove and fridge etc. There was no water provided in fridge , you would have to provide own. The breakfast was nice but at the time we stayed the coffee machine didn’t work and no near by cafe to get a morning coffee. Expedia states check in at 9am we got their approx 930am and room wasn’t ready because check in was actually 10am. Would have been nice if they supplied...

"Schöne Anlage, super Lage, toller Strand, tolle Pools, nur die Ausstattung der Küche hätte besser sein können, zb. Toaster, Wasserkocher."

"Grande maison confortable mais dont certains équipements ne sont pas en adéquation avec la taille : réfrigérateur trop petit, absence d'aspirateur, absence de plat pour aller au four. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes la nuit (circulation de voitures, motos, tracteurs...). La grande table extérieure bien abritée du soleil est très agréable. Propriétaire sympathique, réactive et fournissant des adresses de sites touristiques, gastronomie ou autres..."

"Lovingly renovated, quietly located house, wonderfully suitable for a couple with a dog. Shops and restaurants are very accessible by car, and the train connection to Venice is also very good. The landlord is very friendly and goes to great lengths to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable and would love to return when we plan another vacation in Italy"

"Wir fanden alles so vor wie es beschrieben war. Die Wohnung ist modern und super sauber. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich, sprechen allerdings nicht sehr gut Englisch und kein Deutsch, aber die Verständigung klappte trotzdem prima. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen."

"Just superb. The rooms were comfortable , the breakfast more than excellent and the best part was the vaporetto into Venice stops in front of the hotel. The lounge area in the front of the hotel is super comfy. Murano has a lot of shopping, and once the tourists are gone it is very quiet with still lots to do. "

"It was located perfectly, for me I don’t like to be in the city so, finding a hotel that is closed to trains, bus, subways, streetcar, etc is importance for me and this one was! A 20minute ride on the train to Venice (surprisingly trains were on time for most of the time). So if you are like me then this is a great place! "

"Phenomenal, easy - they made it a proper holiday. From genuine recommendations, very kind and professional service, to the frankly incredible panoramic terrace (so quiet as well). I can't think of anywhere else around venice can boast both modern spotless facilities AND incredible staff. Felt like the all the best parts of Venice at a slower pace. Loved it. Booking to come back again."
